Blaise-Albert is the fruit of a delicate, exclusive and highly attentive composition. To begin, the grapes are harvested with great care from selected vines in the "Les Rocs" plot. The wine is aged by dynamisation according to lunar cycles, in used barrels for eleven years.
The le Puy family committee tastes and selects the most expressive wines. Several vintages from barrels which are carefully conserved in the château’s cellar are blended, year after year, to embody the very best our terroir has to offer.
