Marie-Élisa is produced from hillside grapes caressed by the slow-rising dawn mists of November, which lend the semillon their noble botrytis. The grapes are harvested in several stages, to capture the ultimate moment of ripeness. They are then gently crushed and the juice is fermented for 2 to 7 years in used barrels. The wine is bottled unfiltered and without any added sulphur.
It has a golden robe and its nose expresses fine aromas of quince jam, thyme honey and flowers. Over time, the nose evolves with surprising complexity, embarking you on a journey through refined and elegant flavours. Marie-Élisa expresses a sumptuous aromatic intensity. Its complex palate is highly intense and velvety, with a very rich and tasty finish.
