In response to the effects of climate change on the alcohol content of wine, Jean Pierre and Pascal Amoreau re-introduced ancient varieties such as counoise, grolleau, chenanson, len de l’ei, or castets. This year also saw the arrival of a fifth horse, Goulue, on the estate.
