To add to the ecosystem established in the 1970s, Jean Pierre, Pascal and Adrien Amoreau created the “insect haven” and pollination routes with the introduction of other species (blackcurrant, viburnum and eleagnus) planted alongside the vine rows. These pollination routes inspired by agri-forestry connect the vine to the various bio-diversity areas around the plateau and thus boost the presence of insects.
